➢ Patient Account Representative (remote – work from home after 3-6 mo. probationary period)
o Serve as an inbound customer service representative for large health systems and providers at both the state and national level
o Analyze patient accounts and bringing to completion as soon as possible to lower client accounts receivables
o Patient contact through automated dialer system
➢ Accounting Clerk
o Requires proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
o Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling
o Entry level, but previous accounting, finance, accounts payable experience a plus
➢ Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative (remote – work from home after 3-6 mo. probationary period)
o Responsible for Spanish speaking patient contacts
o Maintain appropriate daily call volumes and meeting collection goals on a monthly basis while properly documenting account activity
o Patient contact through automated dialer system
➢ Collections Representative (remote – work from home after 3-6 mo. probationary period)
o Requires the ability to negotiate account resolution through firm but professional talk-offs with patients in accordance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines and company requirements
o Working specified number of accounts each day through phone calls to patients
