Edna was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. After graduation from Akron Central-Hower High School, she attended Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been an educational advisor and tutor for over 30 years.
Edna has tutored various subjects, specializing in math, computer science, and language arts. Her students have ranged from 2-years old to over 90-years old. She also has over 40 years of administrative experience.
Edna has two adult children, a son and a daughter, and one granddaughter. When she is not spending time with family and friends, creativity fills her time. She expresses herself through cooking, crocheting, knitting, sewing, and many other forms of crafting.
