Kristen received a B.S. from Syracuse University in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in History and her M.A. from The George Washington University in Forensic Psychology. She has a passion for helping others, which is what drew her to the nonprofit sector. Her previous nonprofit experience is with The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where she interned as a case manager and The National Association for Professional Insurance Agents, where she worked as their Government Relations Associate and managed the professional insurance agents political action committee (PIAPAC.)
Kristen is a strong advocate for literacy, mental health, and social justice issues. In her free time, she likes to travel with her husband, attempt DIY home renovations, and volunteer.
