Workplace Literacy
Is there a literacy or language barrier in your workplace? Reducing these barriers not only improves company-wide communication, but helps improve workplace safety and teamwork while reducing turnover.

From local hospitals to manufacturers, Project Learn’s proven workplace literacy programs have helped hundreds of employees at local businesses and organizations improve their reading, writing, math and English skills.

Our fee-based program begins with an initial needs assessment and is customized to each business or organization’s literacy and language needs, with a focus on safety, quality and productivity. The program is effective with employees of same or different literacy and/or language backgrounds.

Project Learn is highly committed to the success of Summit County businesses and their employees. We work collaboratively with non-profits, for-profits, educational institutions, and state agencies in order to build a literate, productive, and economically strong community.
